Return & Exchange Policy – All Over Spray

At The Raw Studio, your safety is our priority. Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care products, returns and exchanges are handled وفق the following terms:

1.⁠ ⁠Returns:

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

2.⁠ ⁠Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.

Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is caused by the store.

3.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, The Raw Studio takes full responsibility.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos of the issue.

Replacement or refund will be processed at no additional cost.

4.⁠ ⁠Exceptions:

Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products that have been partially or fully used are not eligible for return.

5.⁠ ⁠Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Refunds will be issued عبر the original payment method.
